At Faraday we provide a bespoke service, tailored to meet client requirements, typically achieved via a Service Level Agreement and set against an agreed management fee per unit, thus ensuring no unexpected extras arise.

Our service provision includes all aspects of management, from repairs and administration of service contracts to the employment of site staff, including PAYE, and the management of Health and Safety requirements.


Our extensive experience means we can comfortably set accurate annual service charge budgets and thereafter collect the interim charges in an efficient and prompt fashion, which subsequently means that properties are managed efficiently without cash flow difficulties.


All service and supply contracts are regularly reviewed to ensure best value for money, but above all we are committed to delivering the highest standards of property management.

Based in Central London, the team are able to provide a local service, with access to the best local contractors. We operate an approved contractor listing, vetted prior to any form of instruction or supervision given.


All properties are assigned a dedicated property manager, who has a strong support team facilitating behind the scenes. This includes the provision of dedicated client and service charge accountants, in-house chartered building surveyors, as well as an “Out-of-Hours” emergency service to support our customers outside of business working hours.


Faraday property managers are astute in all landlord and tenant matters, as well as related statutory and regulatory issues.
