STREAMLINED APPROACH

All our management services are supported by accurate, immediately reconcilable, and transparent accounting functions, administered centrally from our offices in High Holborn. We recognise that this service essentially underpins our ability to manage properties compliantly and professionally.

Faraday operates separate client designated interest earning bank accounts held in trust for each property (where required, for each fund) thereby ensuring independence and a high level of transparency and accountability.

We utilise Qube Global Software to underpin our accountancy and property management services. A key feature of Qube is its ability to link directly to our preferred client bankers. This market leading system has also been carefully set up using our in-depth experience of client needs and statutory requirements. This is in order to provide clear and detailed reporting on all financial aspects of our managed properties. Using Qube, we ensure that all monies collected for the management of each building can be fully tracked and reconciled instantaneously and accurately.
