Faraday is a registered member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), ensuring client monies are safe, and fully complies with the regulations applicable to member companies. Employees of the Faraday team also hold membership to the Chartered Institute of Housing and the Institute of Residential Property Managers.

History
HISTORY

The company was originally established in 2006 by four former directors of a well-known London-based managing agent. Collectively, they held over 100 years’ experience across a vast scope of services within their profession. Borne out of this, the directors fully understood the need and expectation to deliver the best service to our customers. Although the team has evolved since then, this understanding and approach has been absorbed and is reflective of the new clients we take on where in a huge number of cases these clients and/or instructions have been secured through positive referral and/or recommendation.

Faraday has witnessed steady growth over the years. Today, the Faraday team boasts a total of 30 staff (17 of which are surveyors or property managers) and are currently managing over 100 properties within Central London.
