Why Faraday Property Management

Faraday represents one of the few agents who are able to provide combined Management, Building Surveying and Accountancy as a “one company” package.

Our ethos is to remain a suitably sized surveying and property management company, which offers experienced, properly resourced and dedicated services to each and every client, regardless of size or complexity. Contrary to the approach taken by some competitors, we recognise that residential properties are peoples’ homes and can only be served through an inter-personal and tailored management service which benefits all parties. 

All our management services are supported by accurate, immediately reconcilable and transparent accounting functions, administered centrally from our High Holborn offices. We recognise that this very important service forms the bed rock of the success for our Company. We also pride ourselves on our ability to resolve historic accounting failings, which often exist when taking on management instructions from previous agents.

Our “in house” chartered building surveying department serves as an integral part of our service provision. This includes dealing not only with major works projects on behalf of both internal and external clients, but also supporting our day to day management services via expert advice, licensing building alterations, developing Capital Expenditure Plans and also carrying out Reinstatement Cost Assessments for Insurance Purposes.
